If that wasn’t enough, boxing provides you with stronger and more powerful arms, shoulders, and back, and the mental empowerment that comes with knowing how physically strong you are. But wait, there’s more! There’s a lot of dancing in this program, which produces happiness-inducing endorphins in your body and gets your metabolism going into overdrive. Strong by Zumba

STRONG by Zumba®combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. 1 hour

Mad Abs

Rigorous Abdominal and over all Core muscle workout utilizing a variety of standing, laying and/or – guaranteed to get your abs MAD! 45 mins

Zumba Toning

Those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba®Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances the sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body. 1 hour

Piloxing Barre

PILOXING Barre utilizes the same fundamental disciplines (Pilates & Boxing) as PILOXING SSP. In this game-changing program, PILOXING goes to the BARRE. Using a ballet barre for stability and resistance in this 45-minute cardio program, you lengthen, you strengthen and you box our heart out!

Isoflex

IsoFlex is a program designed to promote strength and stability, conscious awareness of muscle activation, breathing, increased balance and flexibility through the use of isometric exercises, yoga and pilates and MORE!!! 45 mins

Kickboxing Camp

Internal stations training class that incorporates a mix of punching, kicking, and striking, with a heart pumping, calorie burning workout. Guaranteed to burn fat and increase your flexibility and balance. 1 hour

Do Ya Thing!

Work it out with a continuous cardio dance set, combined with chair strength training incorporating strength and flexibility training tools ie, bands, weights, body weight and a “surprise” tool to allow you to Do Ya Thing!! 1 hour

Yogalates
