Champ Camp

After the initial warm-up get ready to sweat and burn! This class combines basic boxing fundamentals and boxing skills such as correct form in throwing jabs, hooks and uppercuts, and non combative hand to hand contact while working in a interval training setting. Cardio rounds are 3 mins with 45 sec rest while strength rounds are 1 min with 20 sec rest.

Zumba takes the “work” out of the workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. But wait, there’s more! There’s a lot of dancing in this program, which produces happiness-inducing endorphins in your body and gets your metabolism going into overdrive. Zumba Toning

Those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba®Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged! Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances the sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body. 1 hour

Piloxing Barre

PILOXING Barre utilizes the same fundamental disciplines (Pilates & Boxing) as PILOXING SSP. In this game-changing program, PILOXING goes to the BARRE. Using a ballet barre for stability and resistance in this 45-minute cardio program, you lengthen, you strengthen and you box our heart out!

Tai Chi

An ancient Chinese practice, tai chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Tai chi improves muscular strength, flexibility, fitness, improve immunity, relieve pain and improve quality of life. Flexibility exercises enable people to move more easily, and facilitate circulation of body fluid and blood, which enhance healing. In addition to these components, tai chi movements emphasize weight transference to improve balance and prevent falls. w/Jeff Colglazier

Senior Meditation and Muscular Movement

Achieve a sense of calm, peace and balance to benefit your emotional well-being, breathing and over health. This low to moderate intensity class encourages core muscular strength and endurance through stretch to increase balance and posture. Instructor Denise Mayes

Do Ya Thing!

Work it out with a continuous cardio dance set, combined with chair strength training incorporating strength and flexibility training tools ie, bands, weights, body weight and a “surprise” tool to allow you to Do Ya Thing!! 1 hour

Strength and Stretch

Set to soft lights and music, relax as you practice isometric contractions (tensing) of the stretched muscles with yoga and pilates stretches to give you the ultimate muscle building and stretching combination. Also may include 3lb – 10lb weight slow movement reps for additional strength training enhancements for maximal total body toning results.  with Trainer Dawn Wells

Flashback Fitness

Flashback Chair to the 60s, 70s and 80s to the hottest songs as you work your body with the chair and latest equipment of the decade; “stepper”, or “twist and shout” wih the hoola hoop, or who knows but whatever it is you can ensure it will be a flashback of FUN!! w/Instructor Denise Mayes

Flex and Stretch

This low to moderate intensity class encourages muscle contraction and flexion building upon those stabilizing muscles. In addition this class builds the core muscles to assist with balance and posture. Instructor Dawn Wells
